POMEGRANATE: Pomegranate juice is also a great source of nutrients. It is rich in vitamin K that assists blood clotting, heart health, and bone development.

Pomegranate juice is also packed in antioxidant polyphenols, which can reverse vascular inflammation. Also assists in lowering elevated blood pressure.
